Jack Covert and Todd Sattersten have spoken. Actually, they've written.

Jack and Todd are the founder and president, respectively, of 800-CEO-READ, an online purveyor of business books that features extensive selections and reviews. They've performed the seemingly heroic feat of sifting through vast numbers of titles and have boiled them down to The 100 Best Business Books of All Time. They've transformed their list into a book of their own, soon to be published, which review each of the hundred and offer takeaway points for readers.

Among their selections is Out of the Crisis, by W. Edwards Deming - a landmark theory based on Deming's 14 Points for Management. No word on why it got the nod, but Covert & Sattersten have been blogging about the book's contents, so maybe Deming will show up there in due course. Of course, radical thought, you could get the book, too.
