Robert Shiller on Housing

We're a little late on this one because of the holiday break - which we hope was restful, enjoyable, and relatively snow-free for all. Last week, Robert Shiller went on Brian Sullivan's program on the Fox Business channel to discuss the release of the latest Case-Shiller housing index and the alarming possibility of a double dip in the housing market. Ominous words:

I don't know what's going to happen, but the worry is that we might have a sagging housing market for years.
