On the heels of President Obama's speech to Congress - heckling, ovations, and all - Henry Aaron is talking up Thomas Lee and James Mongan's very-soon-to-be-published book on health care reform. Over at the Brookings Institution website, Aaron, a Brookings senior fellow, reviews Chaos and Organization in Health Care. "[B]oth physicians, [they] have written what is, perhaps, the single most informative and absorbing examination of what is wrong with the U.S. health care system and what to do about it."
