It has been almost three months since Ai Weiwei's arrest, and support for Ai continues to grow. Ai-eye.org has announced that there will be a vigil for Ai in NYC this Thursday, June 23rd, from 12-1 pm next to his Zodiac Heads Sculpture at 59th Street and 5th Avenue. Additionally, Artists Speak Out launched a petition to ask Lady Gaga to speak out on Ai Weiwei's behalf when she is in Taiwan in July.
